Ease of Use
Auto ignition. No
pilots to light. Set the timer and walk away.
Single burner reduces
maintenance cost.
Built-in skid
facilitates placement
Fuel Efficiency
Rapid incineration
means low fuel consumption.
Higher burn rate than
smaller models.
Thick refractory
lining in main chamber retains heat, increasing efficiency.
Quality Built to Last
Heat resistant
aluminized steel.
Stainless steel
stack.
Continuous welded
bottom seams for durability
The Benefits of Incineration . . .
SANITARY -
Waste can be destroyed as fast as it accumulates.
Nothing is left to spread disease or to attract rodents and flies.
CONVENIENT - Fill the chamber and turn on the
burner.
No watching required since timer automatically shuts down burner.
Alternative methods frequently require more time to manage and maintain.
THOROUGH - Leaves only sterile
white ash and brittle bone fragments.
Reduces 400kg of animal carcasses to approximately 20kg of sterile residue.
Applications
Thousands of incinerators are
being used to dispose of animal carcasses
and other pathological waste.

The DEFRA (U.K.) Approved Model A850 (A)
Main Features
The main changes from
the existing A850 model incinerator are as follows: -
-
A secondary chamber
fitted on top of the existing
incinerator.
-
15 to 20 minute warm up
time to 850 deg. C in secondary chamber as per the EU WID and ABPR
-
A lean burning dual
burner unit with warm up, incinerate, and cool down stages.
-
A temperature probe
with high visibility readout fitted near to the outlet.
These
changes have ensured that the unit meets the 2-second retention time at
temperatures in excess of 850 deg. C.
Benefits of The
New A850 (A) Incinerator
-
Extremely clean burn unit
-
Top
loading design so there is no chance of leaks / contamination from the burn
chamber.
-
The new afterburner and chamber can be retro
fitted to existing, older models to bring them up to standard.
-
Only
requires a 10 amp electric supply to run the motors.
-
Cost
effective fuel consumption.
-
Oil,
propane or natural gas available.
-
Designed
specifically for disposal of poultry and animal carcasses.
Each
burner is set on a timer and will shut down when at ‘0’.
Reduces 200kg of carcasses to approximately 9kg of sterile
ash residue.
